TOURNAMENT REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
2006 SPRING/SUMMER SEASON
SYB pays for each baseball team involved in the Hot Stove
leagues (H maroon, G, F) to participate in the end of season tournament held in
July.
SYB pays for each Stow-Munroe Falls softball team to
participate in the end of season tournament to be held at Kent Kramer fields
(Fred Fuller park) in July.
Each team may participate in a tournament during the season
and will not play a scheduled league game that weekend provided the following
criteria are met:

The manager must notify Tom Heberling the weekend of the
tournament prior to April 1, 2006. If this is not done, you will have your
regularly scheduled league games on all weekends during the season and will
forfeit the game if you miss it to attend the tournament.

You must submit a copy of the tournament flyer and a paid receipt
from the tournament to Carmen for reimbursement by SYB. The check will be
printed and mailed to the coach’s home address unless instructed otherwise.

SYB will reimburse each team for only one tournament for the
season. The cost of the tournament to be reimbursed will not exceed $350.

SYB
will reimburse a summer manager for 1 (one) tournament entry fee provided
the following are met:

1)
Maximum tournament fee to be reimbursed will be capped at the entry fee to
the May SYB tournament.

|
|
For
2006, this amount is $350.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2)
Only 1 tournament entry fee will be reimbursed each summer season
(annually).
|
|
|
|
|
3)
All players must be from the manager's current year's summer roster team.
|
|
|
|
|
4)
All players must have registered through SYB to play in the summer season.
|
|
|
|
|
5)
Manager must submit a paid receipt from the tournament director for
reimbursement to the SYB treasurer.
|
|
|
6)
The date and age group of the tournament must also be provided to the SYB
treasurer.
