REFUND
POLICY
If you register your child to play in the Stow Youth
Baseball and Softball spring/summer season and decides not to participate,
here are the steps to request a refund. All refunds are subject to Board
approval.

The request must be submitted in WRITING
to SYB secretary or treasurer via mail or email.

The reason for the request must be included.

Include the amount of the refund requested. Only the
registration fee will be considered, not any donation or purchase of
raffle tickets.

Also include the child’s name, address, date of birth or
league and who to make the check payable to (if the refund request is
approved).
·
Request must be received before the 1st regularly
scheduled game for your child’s age group.
Stow Youth Softball operates under the rules of the Amateur
Softball Association.
