REFUND POLICY

If you register your child to play in the Stow Youth Baseball and Softball spring/summer season and decides not to participate, here are the steps to request a refund. All refunds are subject to Board approval.

·        The request must be submitted in WRITING to SYB secretary or treasurer via mail or email.

·        The reason for the request must be included.

·        Include the amount of the refund requested. Only the registration fee will be considered, not any donation or purchase of raffle tickets.

·        Also include the child’s name, address, date of birth or league and who to make the check payable to (if the refund request is approved).

·        Request must be received before the 1st regularly scheduled game for your child’s age group.
